When I started in 2017 it was just me offering small business consultancy to local clients. I was helping them grow, start up and improve their processes. I was also working on projects for large organisations such as NHS and Insurance companies.
Over time I was being asked to provide more services to clients and I found I kept going back to the same people all the time. I also started another business with two business partners, and I found their help and experience invaluable.
So, I realised that the best thing for The Practical Consultancy and our clients was for us to expand our offering.
